Everything in our design services, plus procurement, trades, site supervision and handover. One contract, one team, one point of responsibility, so nothing falls into the gap between the designer and the contractor.
Who it is for
Clients who would rather not manage a contractor, and institutions or businesses with a deadline and no appetite for coordinating five trades. It is how we delivered the Education Pods for LearnOBots, Future Labs RTP, and Wafa Dental Clinic.
How it runs
The design runs exactly as it would otherwise. The difference starts at execution: we procure the materials, bring in and manage the trades, supervise the site, and hand over a finished space rather than a drawing set and a phone number.
You get: everything from the design stage, plus a managed build, site supervision throughout, and a single team answerable for the result.

Why turnkey rather than hiring a contractor myself?
When the designer and the builder are the same team, nothing is lost in translation. What was drawn is what gets built.
Is it more expensive?
Not necessarily. Managing the trades ourselves removes a layer of margin, and we will tell you honestly if design only is the better route for your project.
How closely do you supervise the site?
Closely. It is the reason clients pick this service and it is not something we delegate.
